What is your favorite craft medium?

It varies from time to time right now its flock and cracked paint especially the transparent kind.

What is your favorite scrap item/tool?

Flowers! I just can't seem to finish a project without a hand made or a bought flower in it.

What is your favorite paper line/company?

I have to say Prima, love the flowers and lace papers..

What is your favorite color(s)?

You can see from the challenge! It's Pink!!! I'm an addict/

How do you have your scraproom decorated? Colors, themes, homey, contempo, etc.

Well, I have a huge desk n with all my goodies in drawers. I like to bye things that are pink, that’s why I love my pink crop a dile so much!

Are you an animal person?

I love animals, and I had a little beautiful brown dog, here name was sindy and she was with us for 18 years!

Do they have a place in your scraproom?

There is only place for scrap in my scrap room : )

What is your favorite Disney movie?

I love so many Disney movies but one that I simply enjoyed was "Lion King"

Do you watch TV/Movies while working?

I have my TV opened in the background bit I'm all in to what I'm making at that time.

Do you get your inspiration from them?

I get inspiration from everything I encounter; it might be an ad or a poster, a color combination that someone is wearing etc...

Sweet or Savory snacks? Sweet for me, for sure!

Scary or Romantic movies?

Scary, I'm a big horror films fanatic; I even took a course in the university called "thrillers".

Beach or Snow vacations?

I love the beach but since I have so much of it in Israel, I defiantly like cold places for my vacations,

Favorite type of music?

Everything! I listen to it all, pop, rock, hip hop, dance … if I like the sound then I just go with it.

Well, because of the 2 week break from work we let the challenge run for 2 weeks so there are 2 winners! I don't have the necessary software to capture the random.org pics on this new laptop but the winners are: Amyscrapper #5 and Izuvit #10! Amyscsrapper's challenge will run from Tuesday, January 12-Monday, January 18 and Izuvit's will run from Tuesday, January 19-Monday, January 25. Yay and congratulations to the winners! What is your favorite craft medium? Really enjoy my chalk inks and Prismacolor pencils but I just can't live without my Stickles/Glitter.

What is your favorite scrap item/tool? Would have to be my Cuttlebug, embossing folders and Spellbinders dies.

What is your favorite paper line/company? I have t to get my hands on any paper that I didn't love. I guess K&Company, Basic Grey and Bo Bunny would be my favorites.

What is your favorite color(s)? Green and Earth Tones for home decorating and for crafting I like all colors and use a lot of green, pink, purple and blue.

How do you have your scraproom decorated? Colors, themes, homey, contempo, etc.? Pretty much I just go with the comfortable and functional look in my craft room.. I really do have a place for everything so I can find what I want when I want it. My craft room is in the basement with no windows so to brighten things up a bit I have lots and lots of sunflowers for decorations.

Are you an animal person? Do they have a place in your scrap room? I don't have any pets.

What is your favorite Disney movie? I have 6 grandkids and I do enjoy seeing lots of good Disney movies with them. But there isn't one that stands out as my all time favorite.
Do you watch TV/movies white working? I used to watch HGTV shows but now I just listen to the radio because it is less distracting when I am being creative.
Do you get your inspiration from them? I get inspiration from everywhere....nature, fabric, clothing, art and all magazines (not only craft ones) and of course from my blog friends. There are lots of times ideas pop into my head out of nowhere.

Sweet or savory snacks? Both....I really love my chocolate and nuts and usually have a little fix of both everyday.

Scary or Romantic movies? No scary stuff for me. I like a fun and silly romantic comedy or just a good old tear jerker.

Beach or snow vacations? I am really not allthat fond of the winter and cold. I do love the beach when I can get there, but there aren't any beaches in Kansas.

Favorite type of music? Oldies from the 60's to the 80's.

I know this is Thanksgiving weekend here in the USA but so there are so many people out there who will be crafting that we decided to go ahead and have the challenge this week for everyone wanting to participate! Jan Jackman, a Doodle Palace Princess, is the winner from last week and she has chosen her theme to be "PINK CHRISTMAS." As soon as we get her example card we will post it for more detail! Anyway! Let's all continue with the Christmas theme and spirit!! A Pink Christmas it is!

CHALLENGE!!!

Howdy All! Hope everyone's week is going great! Hope you all have some time to scrap...we here at Doodle Palace have decided to spice things up a bit by hosting CHALLENGES! They are SO much fun that we just couldn't resist the urge! Still being sort of new to much of this our CHALLENGE concept is still in the developmental stage but we are going to post this one for everyone!

You can play, create beautiful things and win FREE images! Can't beat that! We will use Random.org to choose a winner and contact you via your provided email or blog address. You then choose your 2 favorite Doodle Palace images and we will email them right to you! Easy peasy! =)

The CHALLENGE this week is to use the colors of our BLOG along with FLOURISHS and BLING to create a card and post here using Mr. Linky (below). HOW FUN is this going to be!! Good luck!! We can't wait to see all the wonderfully creative entries!! =)



LOL!! SORRY everyone! We have had several comments with questions that I should have already answered! Told you we were new to this! Robin really shouldn't turn me loose with NO supervision! hahaha! OK, anything goes image-wise, while we would LOVE to see our images on the creations, please use an image that you feel fits the color and theme! ANYTHING, really! =) Next, a deadline would have been good, huh? Thanks Maria! We would like to annouce a winner on Tuesday when releasing new images so lets have everyone's entry no later than Monday, July 20 at midnight CST. That gives us all day Monday (in between work) to get a chance to pick a winner and have that all ready to go first thing Tuesday morning!

Robin and I talked today and decided it would be FUN, FUN to invite others to 'create' the challenges each week. Sort of a Guest Designer in a way.
